What’s good everyone, welcome to where2eatph! What we present to all of you here today is our blog about the different food places in Taguig. For this entry we visited the evening only Mercato Centrale in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig! Mercato Centrale is home to dozens, if not more food places that are different from the usual McDonald’s or Jollibee, the food is very diverse with stalls cooking up cuisine coming from other countries. We saw Takoyaki from Japan, Italian Pasta, Korean Tteokboki, alongside the familiar Filipino streetfoods (such as kikiam and kwek-kwek) and many more. We went to each of these food places in Mercato one by one and will rank these food places based on the criteria that we made focusing on food quality, pricing, ambiance, and service quality, this is how we grade these food places with our criteria:
- Food Quality: We grade the food place based on the quality of the food, such as: how it was cooked, ingredients used, taste, texture, aroma, and visual appeal of the dishes.
- Pricing: We also consider the price-to-quality ratio to help determine if the money is well spent. We also look at the price ranges to help you with eating out on a budget.
- Ambiance: What is the location like? How’s the temperature? Does the place look happy or full of excitement? Ambiance plays a big role on the way customers judge food places.
- Service Quality: This criterion is based on how our experience in the place was, such as if were the staff approachable and professional, if the place kept clean and tidy, and how long did it take for our food to arrive.
