Tteokbokki
Tteokbokki is one of Korea’s popular snacks that is loved by people especially teenagers. It has sticks of rounded rice cakes as the main ingredient and it is made from garaetteok, a chewy long cylindrical rice pasta (or “rice cake”). It is a stir-fry dish which is cooked with gochujang (red chili pepper paste) along with garaetteok, seasoned beef, fish cakes and assorted vegetables such as green onions, carrots and onions.
The spiciness, sweetness, and chewiness of it are balanced and a perfect combination that will surely fit to the taste of people. For its cost of P120.00, we can say that what we’ve paid for are all worth it for the delicious taste and satisfaction that it gave us.
